Our minimum order is one pallet (approximately 10,000-12,000 bottles depending on size). We designed our minimums to be accessible for new brands while maintaining production efficiency. Volume tier pricing starts at 50,000 bottles with additional discounts at 100K, 250K, 500K, and 1M+ bottle levels.

Total timeline is typically 30-45 days from initial consultation to delivery:

• Design & Label Development: 7-10 business days
• Production & Quality Control: 2-3 weeks
• Fulfillment & Delivery: 3-7 days transit

Rush production is available for urgent launches (fees apply).

We offer complete design services at no additional charge. Our in-house design team will create 2-3 label concepts based on your brand guidelines, with unlimited revisions until approved. We also handle all FDA compliance requirements, nutrition facts formatting, and provide 3D digital mockups before production. If you have existing designs, we'll review them for compliance and prepare them for production.

To provide accurate pricing, we need:

You'll receive detailed pricing within 24-48 hours including per-unit costs, freight, and volume tier breakdowns.

Yes! We provide product samples of our water types and bottle formats for evaluation. Sample packs typically include 3-5 bottles of each requested water type in your preferred sizes. Samples ship within 3 business days. Note: samples will have generic labels, not your custom design.

Purified Water: Municipal or well water processed through reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, and UV treatment. Neutral pH (~7.0), consistent taste, most cost-effective.

Spring Water: Water from protected underground sources with naturally occurring minerals. Authentic taste profile, premium positioning, varies by source.

Alkaline Water: Purified water enhanced to 9.5+ pH with added minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium). Popular in wellness and fitness markets.

We offer several specialty options including naturally alkaline spring water (no added minerals), glacial water from protected sources, and mineral-rich artesian water. While "organic" certification doesn't apply to water itself, we can provide sustainably sourced options with appropriate certifications for enhanced ingredients when applicable.

We accept vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) and high-resolution raster files (PSD, PNG, TIFF at 300+ DPI). We provide detailed artwork specifications including dimensions, bleed requirements, and color profiles (CMYK) once you select bottle sizes. Our design team can also recreate or enhance existing logos and artwork if needed.

Yes! We can match Pantone colors, CMYK values, or HEX codes. We'll provide physical label proofs for color approval before full production. Note that certain label materials and printing methods may have slight color variations—we'll recommend the best option for your brand colors during design consultation.

Unlimited revisions! We want your label to be perfect. Our design process includes 2-3 initial concepts, then unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied. Typical projects require 2-4 revision rounds. We also provide 3D photorealistic mockups so you can visualize the final product before production.

Label dimensions vary by bottle size and label type. Examples:

• 16.9oz (500ml): 8" x 2.5" (pressure-sensitive) or 360° coverage (shrink sleeve)
• 20oz: 8.5" x 3" or full wrap
• 1 Gallon: 9" x 6" front/back or full wrap

We provide exact specifications and templates for your selected bottle sizes.

• Pressure-sensitive labels: Front only, front + back, or wrap-around
• Shrink sleeve: Complete 360° coverage (most popular for maximum branding)
• Direct print: Screen printing on multiple sides

Yes! Volume tiers typically break at:

• 10,000-49,999 bottles: Starter tier
• 50,000-99,999 bottles: Growth tier (10-15% savings)
• 100,000-249,999 bottles: Volume tier (15-20% savings)
• 250,000+ bottles: Enterprise tier (20-30% savings)

Annual contract commitments can provide additional savings.

Initial orders: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% before shipment (credit card, ACH, wire transfer accepted).

Established accounts: Net 30 terms available after 3 successful orders with approved credit application.

High-volume programs: Customized payment terms and multi-year contracts available for enterprise accounts.
